First, make sure your contact details are up to date with Alliance Asset Management. To edit or add contact information, use the QR code posted in various locations around your property or call our office at 603-325-0311 to confirm your information by phone.

Next, locate your property below and use your property button to click through to the link for the resident rent payment portal.

Locate “Click here to register” and use the same email that you have on file with Alliance Asset Management.

Congratulations! You should now be registered! Following the prompts in the resident portal, you should now be able to pay your rent through one- time payments or set up recurring payments with an ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Additionally, you can now submit maintenance requests through this same portal and login.​

*PLEASE NOTE: Alliance-managed properties are being made available for online payment access one at a time. If your property is not listed, or your button doesn't work yet, your property is not yet available for online rent payments. We expect this process for CATCH-owned properties will be completed by the end of September. For partner properties, the process should be complete by December, 2025.
