Alliance Asset Management provides property management, financial management, leasing, and marketing services that enable and support comprehensive and strategic management of residential and commercial properties. At Alliance Asset Management, client portfolios are managed in-house allowing us to be directly involved in all management, finance, and maintenance decisions.

While Alliance was originally created to keep property management in-house for CATCH Neighborhood Housing, in November 2013 Alliance began providing services to organizations outside of CATCH. Alliance has extended its property management services to The Housing Partnership, a 200-unit affordable rental portfolio based out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, as well as several other residential properties. In order to accommodate this additional portfolio, there are now Alliance offices in Concord, and Dover, N.H.
