Tom Furtado
President and CEO
Tom serves as CATCH's President and CEO. He is responsible for the overall operations and management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Alliance Asset Management, and Impact Development Associates.
Tom joined the team in February 2017 when he was hired as CATCH's Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate Development and Asset Management. Tom brings over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate knowledge from working for various companies across Southern New England.
Tom and his family call central NH home.
Jennifer Hawkins
Director of Operations
Jennifer serves as the Director of Operations for Alliance Asset Management, a subsidiary of CATCH. In this role she manages the day to day operations of the company.
Jennifer started working for CATCH in 2009, as a staff accountant. After taking a leave to raise her three children, she returned in 2020. She has been with Alliance ever since, occupying a variety of roles.
After work you can find her cheering on any of her three children at soccer fields or on the ski slope. Jennifer and her family call the capital area home.
